Talent requests (employers): When you submit a talent request, you represent that you have authority to engage staffing services on behalf of the company named. Submitting a request does not create a binding obligation on either party. Formal engagements require a signed service agreement.
Candidate profiles: When you submit your profile, you represent that all information you provide — including certifications, work authorization status, and employment history — is accurate and truthful. You grant HireCandid permission to present your profile to prospective employer clients for roles matching your stated preferences. We will not share your full resume without notifying you first.
Contact forms: Information submitted through our general contact forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry. There is no obligation created by sending a message.
Submitting a candidate profile or talent request does not guarantee a placement, introduction, or engagement. HireCandid makes no representation that any specific candidate will be placed or that any specific role will be filled. Placement outcomes depend on market conditions, client requirements, and candidate qualifications.
